do you take commissions?
I currently take commissions. Prices depend on the medium, size, and complexity. The best way to discuss your request is to email me directly through my contact page.
When will I receive my store item?
Shop items usually ship within a week.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. You’ll receive an email when your order ships, with tracking information.
How do you price shipping costs?
All orders are shipped securely via tracked courier (UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or Canada Post).
Flat-rate shipping within Canada is $16–$25 CAD depending on method or location.
A local pick-up option (No additional costs) is available upon checkout if you are in the Victoria, B.C area. Large original pieces are for local pick-up only.
No taxes currently applied (subject to change).
keeping shipping rates fair
All Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and shipping method. I mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of my packaging costs – I use high-quality, recyclable packing materials to protect your items (and the Earth!)
When will you ship INTERNATIONALLY?
I am currently in the process of setting up international shipping. In the future, international shipping charges will not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. I cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks as it is unfortunately out of my control.
returns, DAMAGES, OR LOST PACKAGES
I am unable to accept returns on any original items or products. If your package is returned to me in the mail, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs for me to resend your returned packaged. Britta Follack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking number indicates the package was delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or is lost, please contact your local post office and customs office.
If your package is damaged, please contact me directly. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.
